Cooking with Alex and Olson!!

Olson and I cooked dinner tonight!! :)  It all went pretty well too.  It tasted great, thanks to Olson's contribution.  Couldn't have done without ya bud!!  Mom asked us to do dinner and suggested we make some homemade chicken alfredo, yum yum!!  Here's pictures.

Yeeah, who woulda thunk!! "Mmm!! It's the bestest!! ...it's yumma!!"  You will only understand that little quotation if you watch this: You Forgot Blueberries.  Please do watch it, and enjoy.  And let us all be thankful THAT didn't happen to Olson!  Hahahahahaaaa

Maybe someday!

Yesterday was a great day.  It was different!  :)  I still went to church and stuff, but I got to sing with some of my greatest friends in Sacrament meeting.

Kristen

Holly

Charlee

We sang Nearer My God To Thee, accapella.  I don't mean to brag, but I think we sing it pretty well. :)  I love these girls so much!!  I will never, ever forget about them.  We have known each other for about 12 years!  CA-RAZY.  We are getting old, haha.  I say that one day we should make our own CD!!  Haha, huh? Huh??  Sound good?  :)  Yeah.  Maybe someday.  If we don't make a CD I guess it'll be ok...hahaha, I will always remember the four of us singing together.  I will tell my kids all about them.  Kristen has always helped me remember to show kindness towards others.  Holly has always helped me remember to be valiant in my testimony, all day and every day of the week.  Charlee has always helped me to remember to keep an eternal perpective.  They all have been great examples for me, and they have always been there for me.  They were here for me when my mom passed away, when I was a stupid teenager they were still there for me, and now they are here for me while I am preparing for my mission.  I love them to death, they know me more than a lot of other people.  I am thankful for them in my life, I am not able to say it enough.  We always have a great time together.  We are always, and I mean always laughing!  :)  There is no way I can be with these girls without being happy.  :)

I am quite proud to say it took us less than an hour to learn how to make and finish them. You all should try making these bracelets if you're looking for something cute and fun to make. Well...here's my first post.

It's about 12:30 am. I had been sitting here at the computer for about an hour just trying to figure out a title for this blog!! Haha. I just wanted to start it up because I have been wanting to start my own blog for such a long time, so now's my chance. I thought that this would be very beneficial to me especially for my preparation to become a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. It's something that will keep people acquainted with me during this time of many life changing events.

I am a student at Brigham Young University, and I'm VERY proud of it!! I absolutely LOVE BYU!! But right now I am taking off a semester before I leave for my mission. I am trying to take this time to best prepare for my mission. I am making and saving lots of money thanks to my job. I am working full-time as a department manager at Hobby Lobby (That job title makes me sound so professional). I actually really like it. I am also going to be spending my time with some new projects that I want to start. These ideas are from pinterest of course, so there are no promises that these things I will be doing are going to be successful....but I am going to be posting how they go; No matter how good or bad they are, so it might be a little entertaining. Haha.

But, anyway! This will be a great way to keep track of the things I can and can't do, and also how much I progress. Not only with the projects I am going to try, but also the growth I will have spiritually, emotionally, academically, and so forth. I also plan for this blog to serve as a place many people can access and read my missionary letters. So, soon I will be posting how my projects go! :)
